THE BEAUTY OF LOVE

When people see some things as good and beautiful, other things become ugly. Problems and solutions come together. Difficult and easy support each other. Before and after follow each other. Things will arise just let it come and don’t expect anything, only then everything will last forever.

Too many people fall in love but very few are brave enough to face the beauty of it. This is because in order to reach the ecstasy of love, one must be ready to deal with the highs and lows of each individual, experience the good and bad times of a relationship, and savor the triumph in every trial that comes along. Most relationships fail because of the illusion of perfection, the expectation that everything will be perfect and smooth sailing.

Today on my column, I will give way to a very special letter that tells about the story of two people who experienced the true beauty of love. I will first post the letter then tell the story of their love.

It’s all happening too fast between us,
I still can’t believe the things we have discovered
But I can no longer wait to discover new things with you,
To explore new horizons and conquer every possible obstacles along the way.

It seems like everything is impossible
But here we are, hearts overflowing with love,
A love that no ordinary man can fathom,
A love that is bound to be judged and misjudged.

Together we will write our future
Though we can no longer erase our past for it has already been written,
Hand in hand we’ll deal with the horrors of our past
And face the unknown of our future.

We’re bound to meet one another since the beginning of time
To be in each other’s arms for all eternity.
Fate may have played with us,
But when two hearts, minds and souls are connected as one,
They will always find each other and be together no matter what.

The lines in the letter are quite simple yet very rich with emotions. The message was also clearly defined and simply put, it says everything about the true beauty of love. Only those involved and those who have experienced the same kind of love can truly understand the beauty of it.

Here we can see how strong the desire is to consummate love; the belief in the past and how they are destined to have a future together; the union of two individuals in its totality, body, mind and spirit -- a partnership that can only be found in a soul mate relationship.

This kind of love does not dwell on each other’s past that was spent separately but on the promise of a future together as one. It is when the people involved learn to accept each other’s past without reservations. It’s a kind of love that is not based on what other people will say or think but on how strongly you feel for each other. It is something that is not measured by the quantity of time spent together but by the quality of every moment spent with the one you love. It does not count the tears that were shed but the smiles that this love brings.

The purity of this kind of love is usually doubted by those who never experienced it or only sees it on the sideline. Those people will never believe that such a love really exists. This kind of love goes beyond human comprehension and understanding, and that is the reason why the people involved will be constantly judged and misjudged in the process.

The beauty of this kind of love lies on the changes that it brings. These changes may be for the better or for the worst, but it will surely bring changes on the present. Here we saw the overwhelming courage and strength, brought about by love, to face the adversities and uncertainties of the future, to accept and forgive the past that cannot be changed and to carry out decisions in the present that may affect the future. All problems seem to just fade away for what is important is how they will create the story of their future and how they will spend it even though people will usually see them and judge them based on their past and not what the future can promise. The boundless hope for the greatness of their love is tantamount to the greatness of eternal connection.

The beauty of love is when it is shared with someone you really love, regardless of any social, moral and religious laws, and ethics that set limitations to love freely. The beauty of love is when you give yourself more than what the other has offered. The true beauty of love is in loving someone as simply and freely as can be. It is important for all of us to remember that love only cares for the present, hopes for the future and forgives the past. Love conquers and is never lost in the process. Trials and challenges make the story of love all the more exciting. And finally, the only way to truly love someone is by loving them wholly for who they were, who they are and who they will be.

HOLISTIC PREGNANCY

To have a child is the first task mandated by the Creator to all living creatures particularly man. There are several approaches to having a better offspring which will eventually lead to having a better world in the future. Man just forgets how to have a simplified multiplication.

There must be so much love between the couple trying to conceive a baby.

The union of the body, mind and spirit must be experienced during intercourse rather than just feeling the obligation of fertilizing the egg of the future mother.

The woman must be 100% sure that she wants a baby from the man she chooses so she can produce a better offspring since she will be carrying it in her womb. Even a fraction of a doubt will cause great imperfection on the said offspring.

Having a child must be considered as a blessing from heaven and not a problem that must be faced.

DURING PREGNANCY:

1. Free yourself of fear. Usually, mothers-to-be fear too many things that it stirs stress for her and her baby. Fears of having a miscarriage, birth defect, the pain of delivery, physical transformation of the body, and the thought of being left by the man she loves are common to mothers-to-be. The more she thinks of these, the more she stresses herself thus affecting the baby she is carrying.
2. Stay away from harmful chemicals. As of today, a lot of women casually take alcohol and cigarettes. These chemicals poison the child’s mental and physical growth. Taking medicines during pregnancy must also be limited or better yet avoided for it damages the immune system of the baby while still in the womb.
3. She must be comforted and assured by the man she loves. Only he can give her the comfort and assurance she and the baby needs. His mere presence and the constant caresses he extends to the mother and the baby in the womb are enough to show his love and support.
4. In-laws, which ever side, bring stress. In-laws showing too much affection or rejection of one of the couple and those that go beyond the limited and allowable space for in-laws bring stress without them knowing that they are affecting their grandchild’s development. If that is the case, it would be healthier to have a limited relationship with them for after all, you are now creating a family of your own.

DURING THE FIRST HOUR OF THE BABY:

1. It is the most important day of pregnancy, the day she will deliver the baby on earth. It is necessary that the father is present during the labor hour of the mother. He alone can give comfort to the woman and nobody else. His presence alone will bring strength and courage to the woman thus making the delivery of the baby a painless and stress-less process. Fortunately, there are now hospitals that allow the father to be with the mother during the most important time of their family life.
2. A prayer of thanksgiving must be the first thing that the couple must do after delivery. The blessing of new life is God-given and it is just right to have Him praised for this.
3. The love and bonding of the mother and father must be shown to the baby and the baby will surely feel the familial bonding he or she will have for the rest of his/her life.

Many medical ways and approaches have been proven successful in producing an offspring but which is of lesser quality as compared to those who conceived without stressing themselves and felt so much love in the duration of their pregnancy.

The young generations now are more focused on themselves and of survival. The trust on what love can bring to a couple and their children is almost lost. The beauty of having faith on what love can bring lessens as each day passes. The main objective of man now is his necessity to live for today.

It’s not too late to have a holistic pregnancy and a better world. One should experience having a faithful conception and we will definitely have a better generation of man. Let love rule the partnership between man and wife to pro-create better children. Remember, whatever we have today, does not exist yet during the earlier times but people then produce better men and women. Have faith, trust and lots of love then the mystical and holistic pregnancy will be yours, the same way God wants us to have.
